END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding contract between you and heanwsand our Affiliates. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use our services.

This EULA is in English. In case of conflicts with translated versions, the English version prevails.

This EULA applies to:

• Your Account registration and use.
• Downloading, installing, and using our games and related software, networks, and services.
• Access to our Software - related services.
• Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency.
• Other media and content provided through our services (collectively "Licensed Items").

You can use Licensed Items if:

• You're a natural person not prohibited by us.
• You agree to this EULA.
• You can legally enter this agreement.
• Laws in your location allow you to use them.

Comply with this EULA and laws when using Licensed Items. Review this EULA and our policies to understand usage.

If you're under 13, don't create an account or use Licensed Items. Non - adults need parental consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for account use and related charges.

YOUR PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy, part of this EULA, explains how we handle your personal information during service use.

CHANGES TO THE LICENSED ITEMS, THIS EULA, AND THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this EULA. Periodically review it. We may also modify Licensed Items, or suspend/terminate their use.

Continuing to use Licensed Items after changes means you accept the revised EULA.

LICENSE TO USE THE LICENSED ITEMS

Licensed Items are our and our licensors' property, protected by global copyright and intellectual property laws.

Software License

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non - exclusive license to:

• Use the Software on your devices for personal, non - commercial use as per our instructions.
• Use the Services as per the "Services License" section.

Services License

When using the Software, we grant a limited license to use related Services as per instructions and this EULA.

Content you create in Services is subject to the "Your Content" section.

Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency License

If the Software allows, we grant a limited license to use Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency as per instructions and this EULA.

Content License

Under this EULA, you have a limited right to access and use Content for personal use.

Your Content

When submitting content in our Services, you agree that:

• You own and are responsible for Your Content.
• You grant us and our Affiliates the right to use Your Content for service improvement without payment.
• We may use the name associated with Your Content.
• We can copy, modify, and distribute Your Content worldwide for service - related purposes.
• We may share Your Content with partners but won't sell it for non - service purposes.
• You'll follow instructions and this EULA when submitting content.

You also agree that we and our Affiliates may:

• Retain and use Your Content after you stop using our services.
• Disclose Your Content as required by law.
• Disclose Your Content to enforce this EULA or protect rights.

Deleting Your Content may not remove it completely due to technical reasons.

We reserve the right to remove Your Content as needed.

Affiliates

"Affiliate(s)" are legal entities under common control. "Control" means directing management through ownership or contract.

Responsibility for Your Content

You're solely responsible for Your Content. Keep backups. Ensure you have rights and it doesn't violate laws.

MONITORING AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We're not obligated to monitor content, but we may at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
• Engage in name - squatting.
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial communications.

Don't use our Services commercially unless permitted, including:

• Participating in sponsored esports.
• Promoting your products or services.
• Posting content for compensation.

Don't submit content that:

• Breaches laws.
• Is harmful or deceptive.
• Harms others or is offensive.
