IRS Disbursing $2.4 Billion in Unclaimed Stimulus Funds: Find Out Who Qualifies

The agency announced that they will reach out to individuals who were unable to claim the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit. 

These payments, capped at $1,400 for each individual, are designed to help eligible Americans obtain funds they might have missed while submitting their tax returns.

Eligible taxpayers do not need to take any action to receive the payments, as they will be distributed automatically.
