Coleen Nolan opened up on sister Linda's heartbreaking nights before her death at the age of 65.
The beloved TV personality and pop star died after a long journey with secondary breast cancer. The Daily Mirror Columnist passed away today with her famous sisters at her side and her final hours were said to have been full of "love and comfort."
In a statement released to the Mirror, agent Dermot McNamara, said: "It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Nolan, the celebrated Irish pop legend, television personality, Guinness World Record holding West End star, Sunday Times bestselling author and Daily Mirror columnist. She passed at around 10:20am at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on the MCEW Ward. The family said the hospital couldn't do enough, they were tireless."
The message went on: "She departed this world peacefully, surrounded by her devoted siblings, who provided her with love and solace in her last moments. Linda's impact reaches far beyond her remarkable contributions to music and entertainment. She served as a symbol of hope and strength, using her experiences to enlighten and motivate others. Rest in peace, Linda. Your absence will be profoundly felt, yet your memory will live on forever."
