Global logistics operator reports strong growth from Hull base

Hull haulier Neill & Brown Logistics has delivered another year of strong growth, building on its return to pre-Covid work levels.
The company has posted a 24 per cent increase in turnover, up from £30.2 million to £37.7 million. Margins remained solid for the long-standing specialist transporter, with gross profit up from £4.6 million to £5.8 million in the year to April 30.
Peter Brown, director, said: “Demand for the group’s services during the year has remained strong. The group continues to believe that opportunities exist to develop the group’s core activities, notwithstanding the ongoing risks and uncertainties that face the group.”
